Erin's Story

 

Working with Rachel has been one of the best experiences for me - she's literally helped me to change my life, and I couldn't be more grateful.  I have been working with Rachel since July.  Her personal training sessions and boot camp classes have helped me to lose 35 pounds so far, and I'm not done yet!  I'm continuing on with her boot camp classes now, and they're the perfect way to keep me on track.

Rachel always keeps her classes fresh, and somehow manages to make working out fun! I'd never have expected to actually look forward to working out, but it's such a positive experience, you can't help but enjoy yourself! Through connections made in her classes, I signed up for and ran my first ever 5k, and she helped me get prepared for it. 

Before I started working with Rachel, I would have never thought I could run 1 mile, let along over 3!  She is so encouraging and supportive; you can tell that she wants nothing more than for you to succeed.  She has helped me to get my health back on track, and I will forever be thankful to her for that.
